6. How KIZUNA Validates Campaign Outcomes

KIZUNA deliberately separates Referral Activity, Attributed Activity and Verified Outcomes. A referral interaction does not automatically become a verified campaign outcome. Campaign outcomes are confirmed only after the agreed validation process determines that the required customer action occurred using the client's authorised source-of-truth data.

Participants may see only their own campaigns, progress, verified outcomes and notifications. Corporate organisations may see only their own campaigns, authorised participants, campaign performance, verified outcomes and client-safe reporting. Authorised KIZUNA personnel may access operational information necessary to administer campaigns, verification, reconciliation and support.

8. International Data Transfers

Depending on infrastructure, authorised service providers or cloud hosting arrangements, information may be processed outside your country where appropriate safeguards are in place and applicable law permits.

9. Data Security

KIZUNA applies authenticated access, role-based access controls, private storage, audit logging, secure transport and least-privilege operational design. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection.
