KIZUNA Activate Terms of Service

These Terms apply to participants, corporate clients, corporate users and visitors where applicable.

KIZUNA Activate enables organisations to create activation campaigns, engage approved participants, attribute activity, reconcile client source-of-truth data and measure verified outcomes.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their credentials.

Users must keep credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

Participants must provide accurate information, comply with campaign instructions and avoid fraudulent activity.

Corporate Clients are responsible for campaign configuration, lawful customer data submission and compliance with applicable laws.

Corporate Clients retain ownership of uploaded campaign materials while granting Kizuna the rights necessary to operate campaigns.

Campaign participation may require profile completion, verification, eligibility and approval.

Referral Activity, Attributed Activity and Verified Outcomes are separate concepts. Only validated outcomes become verified.

Fraud, impersonation, misuse of customer information, manipulation of campaign reporting and interference with platform security are prohibited.

Kizuna Experience Limited retains ownership of the platform, software, documentation and trademarks.

Commercial arrangements are governed by separate commercial agreements where applicable.

Kizuna aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Kizuna may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms or security concerns.

Kizuna provides campaign management and measurement tools but does not guarantee campaign outcomes.

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Kizuna Experience Limited and any mandatory local legal requirements.

Kizuna may update these Terms from time to time.
